Kings Chalet Park in Cromer is one of North Norfolk’s premier holiday parks. The Park was established in 1962 by Kings Summer Homes Limited, a family run firm.

The park is situated on approximately 12 acres of land surrounded by woods and parkland and is just a short walk from the cliff tops with paths leading down to the beach, and Cromer Town Centre.

The Park has 171 chalets all of which are privately owned. Many of these are available to rent for holidays.

Cromer

Cromer is a traditional Victorian seaside town and offers a wealth of places to eat and drink, and things to do, including its’ very own Zoo.

It also has one of the few remaining original seaside Piers in the Country complete with the end of the Pier Theatre which offers Year-round entertainment for all the family.

Cromer also makes an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful County of Norfolk.

A short journey inland will take you to the beauty of the Norfolk Broads where you can hire a boat for the day and cruise the rivers taking in the breath-taking unspoilt scenery, and wildlife including otters, kingfishers and the odd Marsh Harrier.

The Chalet Park

Kings Chalet Park is designed to offer a peaceful, quiet English Seaside Holiday break. The park has no clubhouse, swimming pool, or shop, as the Town provides these facilities nearby.

Our aim is to offer peace and quiet. There are some beautiful walks along the cliff tops to the nearby villages of Overstrand and Runton, or just to the beach.

Dogs are very welcome and the surroundings at the Park make it a haven for dog walkers.

The Park has 171 chalets all of which are privately owned. Many of these are available to rent for holidays. All of our chalets have 2 double bedrooms, an open plan living / kitchen area and separate bathroom / WC.
