Booking Terms & Conditions

A 20% deposit must be paid to secure your booking. Please note, we do not accept payment over the phone. Payment should be made by either cheque or BACS payment.

All of our chalets are privately owned, we do check with the owner once a provisional booking is received, however, in the event that the owner has already secured a booking for that date, we will make every endeavour to find you alternative accommodation. In the event that we cannot offer an alternative, any payment you have made will be immediately returned to you. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

A £75 damage waiver is collected with your payment and included in the total cost of your holiday. This will be refunded once you have vacated the chalet and it has been cleaned and inspected. In the event that anything does get damaged or broken during your stay, please notify Kings Summer Homes Ltd. at the time. Damage waivers are returned at the discretion of Kings Summer Homes Ltd, if anything in the chalet is found to be damaged or missing, Kings Summer Homes Ltd reserve the right to refuse the refund.

The damage waiver is returned by cheque to the address given at the time of booking. If you wish it to be returned by BACS payment, please provide your bank account details.

All personal items are left in the chalet at your own risk. Kings Summer Homes Limited will not accept any liability for loss or damage to your personal items.

Small children and animals are not to be left unsupervised in the chalets. Kings Summer Homes Ltd reserve the right to enter the chalet without prior notice, if a child or animal is suspected to be in distress.

Cars must be parked in the designated car park areas. Parking on the grass is not allowed in any area of the park. The only exception is for emergency vehicles.

All bookings must be paid for in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made less than 6 weeks to arrival, then full payment must be made at the time of booking. If a booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, then all money paid will be refunded. However, for bookings cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, refunds are at the discretion of the owner.
